Gouverneur Hospital will hold a one-week flu inoculation campaign from Tues., Dec. 14 to Tues., Dec. 21. Nurses will give flu shots to qualifying individuals at Gouverneur Hospital, 227 Madison St. (212-238-7050) and four satellite health clinics: Judson Health Center, 34 Spring St. (212-925-5000); Roberto Clemente Center, 540 E. 13th St. (212-387-7400); Smith Communicare Health Center, 60 Madison St. (212-346-0511); and Baruch House Children’s Health Clinic, 280 Delancey St. (212-673-5990). The vaccine will be given each day from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. All the shots will be given in the lobby at each location. Qualifying individuals include those over age 65 and adults with chronic illnesses.
