A Halloween marathon Downtown Downtown children celebrated Halloween different ways over several days. On Friday, children went trick or treating in the hallmark, Battery Park City’s residence for senior citizens. Saturday was The Great Pumpkin Party in the Winter Garden and Sunday was the annual parade in Washington Market Park.
