A well wisher offered flowers and sympathy to Cen Jiaoxian, right, mother of Zhe Zack Zeng, 28, who was killed Sept. 11, 2001 rushing to the World Trade Center to save others. Zengs mother attended a Chinatown ceremony co-naming Bayard St. after her son Saturday. Zeng was a trained paramedic who went to work near the Twin Towers at the Bank of New York after earning his M.B.A. Television footage of Zeng on Sept. 11 showed him helping injured people escaping the burning towers. Councilmembers Alan Gerson of Lower Manhattan and John Liu of Flushing also attended the ceremony.
