Assembling for free speech

Reverend Billy, a performance artist, shouted the words of the First Amendment into his cell phone at the World Trade Center PATH station Tuesday. He and about 15 other participants in “The First Amendment Flash Mob” walked around the station repeating the first part of the Bill of Rights.
