Bad. It was horrifically, unusually bad. I’ve seen similar storms within a couple inches without the same problem.
Poor. I’ve lived in the city since 1999. This happens every year. You’d think they would’ve figured it by now.
It was a storm. It’s wintertime. It’s the city. People should just deal with it.
