Downtown Express photos by Milo Hess The sun came out Sunday morning after the season’s first storm dropped 11 inches of snow on the city, and Tribecans ventured into the transformed cityscape. Noel, 4½, made a snow angel in Washington Market Park, and another family turned a triple stroller into a virtual sleigh to make their way down Greenwich St. The neighborhood’s dogs also had fun burrowing into the snow at the dog run on Warren St.
