Vintry Wine & Whiskey at 57 Stone St. has more wines by the glass than seats, 80 compared to 40, and over 200 varieties of whisky. “Even though we are doing a lot of high end wines, it’s still a very approachable place,” said Peter, who also owns Ulysses and Financier. “You can get small tastes, so you can try different things. One of the best ways to learn about wine is by drinking it.”
