Scaring the rain away
Despite threats of rain the day of Halloween, princesses, firefighters and other masked marvels showed up in full force Saturday for Tribeca’s annual parade to Washington Market Park. One ‘70s biker dude was escorted to the park by a bevy of younger mermaids. The rain was heavy in the evening for the adult parade through the Village.
