City Hall Park’s best spot when the weather’s hot
The weather was steamy and sticky last Friday, so who could blame these two workers if they didn’t appear to be rushing things as they serviced or cleaned the City Hall Park fountain? When a photographer chanced upon them, the men were standing in their waders as the water cascaded down around them.
