Looks like you can eat City Hall

Public Advocate Betsy Gotbaum, left, cuts a cake to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the construction of City Hall with City Council Speaker Gifford Miller, center, Councilmember Bill Perkins and 5th grade students from P.S. 234 in Tribeca. The students sang “Happy Birthday” to City Hall and enjoyed slices of a 20-layer, vanilla and chocolate butter-cream cake sculpted in its likeness by Confetti Cakes of the Upper West Side. Mayor Mike Bloomberg was also on hand to unveil a commemorative bluestone paver on the southeast side of the plaza.
