Thanks for running essay

To The Editor:
Thank you for “Running toward peace with New York City” by Maria A. Merayo (Talking Point, Oct. 28- Nov. 3).

This is just a note because I could never write all that I felt while reading this piece.

It brought back all the love that New Yorkers felt for the city and each other and all the wonderful people who came rushing to help.

Thanks again, Ms. Merayo.
