Calisi Sports Museum scores Downtown The Sports Museum of America celebrated it’s opening in the Canyon of Heroes Tuesday with superstar athletes from many sports. The museum at 26 Broadway opened to the public on Wednesday. Dallas Cowboy and Heisman Trophy winner Tony Dorsett posed with the first trophy ever awarded, right. Museum founder Phillip Schwalb, spoke to the crowd as New York Giant quarterback and Super Bowl champion Eli Manning listened, bottom left. Indy 500 winner Mario Andretti poses with the uniform of Red Sox great Ted Williams.
