Bovis or bogus slogan?

Despite the words to the contrary on the back of a Bovis Lend Lease worker’s vest, the city-ordered work stoppage at the Trump Soho condo-hotel continues following the death of a construction worker there on Jan. 14. Spring St. between Sixth Ave. and Varick St. has been closed during the day on weekdays the last two weeks as workers dismantle the section near the top of the 42-story building that collapsed and caused the death of hard hat Yuriy Vanchytskyy. Once the materials from the collapsed area are removed, they will be thoroughly inspected to try to determine why exactly they failed. Bovis had also been issued numerous federal and city safety violations at the former Deutsche Bank building, prior to a fire that killed two firefighters last year. A Bovis spokesperson declined to comment on the vests.
