It was Civil War Living History so there were actors playing Yanks, Confederate soldiers and laundresses, left. At right, Sweet Micky, a famous Haitian band which popularized fast-tempo compass music while adding obscenities to the lyrics, performed a free concert and had new listeners stomping to the beat on the grass.
