L.E.S. on his mind

In a flashback to ’80s styles, a young man named Wesley got the initials of his favorite neighborhood, the Lower East Side, cut into his hair at The Hot Spot on E. Houston between Clinton and Attorney Sts. His new do was the handiwork of barber Jay Status.
