Downtown Express photo by Clayton Patterson WK, and lots of street art, in the house WK, the graffiti artist, was at the Dec. 15 opening at 11 Spring St., featuring his work and that of other street artists. They had festooned the building — internationally known as a favorite canvas for graffitists — inside and out with murals for its finale before its renovation into three upscale condos.
