Downtown Express photos by Milo Hess Soho scenes Two dogs on their way to either Tribeca or New Jersey paused on Watts St. to survey the scene in Soho, which included some interesting sidewalk markings. Had Elvis walked by, he might have made sure everyone stayed off of the blue footprints.
