It’s been 20 years since the Mets were in City Hall Park following a triumphant parade up lower Broadway’s Canyon of Heroes. Perhaps this was an optimistic fan who was buoyed by the Amazin’s fast start and scouting out a possible return trip after the World Series this fall.
