Remembering fallen cyclists

Cyclists left flowers at City Hall last Thursday for three people killed on bikes within the last two months — Elizabeth Padilla, Jerome Allen and Brandie Bailey. Six days later, a fourth cyclist was killed on Houston St. [See related article, page 9]. The memorial was organized by several cycling groups including Times Up! And Transportation Alternatives.
