Elementary school students from around the city including P.S. 115, above, swung and foxtrotted in the Winter Garden ballroom last Thursday in the ninth annual Grand Final Colors of the Rainbow Team Match. The popularity of city school ballroom dancing may be at an all-time high with the release of the documentary, “Mad Hot Ballroom.”
