Spring time in B.P.C.

Sophie Hoffer, 8, above, checked out her hair which was spray-painted by Marilyn Porter at the Battery Park City annual Springfest Sunday at Rockefeller Park. The event, organized by the Battery Park City Neighbors association, also drew ballet dancers and potato-sack racers.
