Ex- Hizzoners’ endorse

Former Mayors Ed Koch, left, and David Dinkins stopped near the old office at City Hall Monday to endorse Public Advocate Betsy Gotbaum, center, in her reelection campaign against civil liberties attorney Norm Siegel this year. The two men ewre cordial even though Dinkins ended Koch’s City Hall reign 16 years ago.
