Top chefs in the mix at Soho office According to on-line real estate news wire CitiFeet, restaurateur Phil Suarez has signed a five-year lease for 3,100 sq. ft. on the 14th floor of 270 Lafayette St. for a new headquarters office. The Suarez Restaurant Group will share space with Gray Kunz, the Swiss chef formerly of Lespinasse. Kunz will consult with Suarez and Jean-Georges Vongerichten to create The Spice Market in a former warehouse on Ninth Ave. in the Meatpacking District this fall. |
