Now that we have had a bike share docking station in the open plaza/sculpture portion of Petrosino Square for more than a month, we see a disturbing trend of renters riding the bikeshare bikes on the publicly walkways in the park, and using the sidewalk curb cuts made for persons with disabilities the same way cars exiting a garage use curb cuts. Additionally, we have even more bicyclists with private bikes doing the same. Our local police have stated their reluctance to enforce bicycling rules in the park, while admitting that the DOT made a mistake in placing the station in the park. Some weeks ago you had said you would take a look at the situation there. Have you had a chance yet?
