A small rowboat capsized in the Hudson River on the afternoon of Tues., June 5, stranding seven people who had to be rescued. No one was seriously hurt, although one person was taken to the hospital with minor injuries, according to the F.D.N.Y.

This is the scary thing about boats and pontoons for hire. It's best to have secured lifeboats before sailing in order to prevent accidents. Good thing no one was seriously hurt in this tragic event.
It is a very good news that these boaters were saved! There is really a need for our marine officers to invest on different supplies for rescue, boat pontoons, and training for first aid. Be careful next time boaters!
